In-person sessions are one-on-one or semi-private workouts held at my private garage studio. They include:

  • Personalized attention and coaching tailored to your goals
  • Corrective cues, form guidance, and progression tracking
  • Full workout sessions designed for strength, toning, and fat loss
  • Flexible scheduling based on your availability
  • Option to

In-person sessions are one-on-one or semi-private workouts held at my private garage studio. They include:

  • Personalized attention and coaching tailored to your goals
  • Corrective cues, form guidance, and progression tracking
  • Full workout sessions designed for strength, toning, and fat loss
  • Flexible scheduling based on your availability
  • Option to train alone (1:1) or with a friend (2:1 or 3:1)
  • Free nutrition guide to support your goals
  • Access to your workouts so you can review or repeat them at home


PRICING:
Rates vary based on how many sessions per week you commit to — the more frequently you train, the better the value per session.

Our  Group Training classes provide the ideal balance between the personalized attention of a personal trainer and the motivation of exercising with a group. These classes are perfect for those who want a tailored fitness experience while still benefiting from the camaraderie of a group.
